1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing halomindstechnologies.com or engaging Halominds Technologies Limited for technology consulting, ERP implementation, software development, or digital marketing services, you agree to these standard operational terms.

2. Scope of Services & Engagements

All professional engineering, software customization, and technical talent provision are delivered pursuant to formally executed Statements of Work (SOW) detailing deliverable specifications, sprint schedules, milestones, and acceptance criteria.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in an active MSA, all bespoke client code, customized ERP workflows, and organizational data remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon settlement of invoiced milestone fees.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by standard commercial laws applicable to corporate technology agreements.
